The Senior QA Analyst works collaboratively with multiple disciplines including UX, Visual Design, Marketing/Content Strategy, Business Analysis and Development to deliver quality across various email campaigns and related landing pages. Other types of projects may include on CMS, E-commerce, and Email Marketing Platforms.

• Analyze and perform Gap Analysis of Business and functional requirements.
• Refine and execute manual functional testing against a QA checklist or standard process.
• Contribute to process improvement in Quality and the overall delivery process for key campaign parameters and inputs such as subscriber audience, program frequency, degree of personalization and overall creative approach.
• Perform functional testing of the email, landing pages, modals, templates and components.
• Log and track all bugs in JIRA.
• Participate in bugs triages, scrums or retrospectives to help resolve bugs and blockers.
• Web testing from visual design through HTML templating to final web front-end
• Front-end HTML/CSS/JS Analysis & Testing.
• HTTP and AJAX Web Server<>Client Understanding.
• Cross-Browser/Device/Email client web testing and analysis.
• Process flexibility and comfort working with many client-specific standards, processes and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Internet Technologies, Computer Science OR interdisciplinary equivalent related experience.
• 4 or more years of related QA experience; agency experience preferred.
• Experience creating test cases and QA progress reports.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working with different ESPs including Responsys Interact, ExactTarget, etc.
• Experience with enterprise CMS systems such as Adobe CQ, Oracle FatWire, SLD Tridion, Autonomy Interwoven TeamSite, WordPress or similar.
• Experience with testing API’s and using tools such as Postman, Restful Api Clients, etc. is a plus.
• Experience working with rational databases like Oracle SQL.
• Experience testing mobile Android and iOS.
• Fully literate in Windows and Mac OS.
• Passionate about new technology and always Interested in learning new systems and technology.
• You are a problem solver with an eye for detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent listening and communication skills relating to note taking (test results documentation) with an analytical and methodical approach.
• You can self-manage and have the ability to adjust to competing priorities and allocating your time and patience as necessary to get the job done.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
