The Private Bank's Global Insights program is designed to deliver industry leading insights to Private Bank clients and prospects on the most relevant wealth planning and investments topics. The team, working closely with the business, subject-matter experts and partners across the marketing organization, is responsible for developing compelling, differentiated and digestible content on key topics and activating the content across all channels globally and cross lines of businesses. Position Summary

In an industry that is continually evolving, how do you create content that applies to a wide range of audiences to help empower better financial decisions and drive change? We're looking for a skilled marketer, creative thinker and problem solver to join the Global Insights team within the Private Bank.

You will report to the Global Head of Insights and partner closely with the Head of Acquisition Marketing to develop the strategy, support the content development, and help implement the activation plan. You will create meaningful, relevant and compelling thought leadership and nurture journeys for our target audiences that addresses wealth planning and investing topics.

You will support content needs for national business verticals and initiatives, including but not limited to Black Wealth Initiatives, Women & Wealth, and Passions & Pursuits.

Jo Responsibilities
  • This is a key strategic role that requires a combination of analytical, entrepreneurial and relationship building skills and a track record of strength in working with cross-functional teams
  • Synthesize journey insights, audience needs, channel and messaging preferences to deliver timely, relevant information that illustrates the value the private bank offers to clients.
  • Partner with the Acquisition marketing team to:
    • Conceptualize demand/lead gen content strategy for national and local paid media campaigns
    • Develop prospect content journeys across media and email channels leveraging new dynamic creative platforms (CDP and DCO) that allow for message testing
    • Strategize prospect segments based on the business focus and opportunity
    • Create meaningful, relevant, and compelling narratives for target audiences, supported by tangible proof points
  • Leverage campaign results and evaluate KPIs to help guide and evaluate effectiveness of content
  • Develop test and learn plans to optimize the strategy to deliver on client's changing needs as well as business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Sense of urgency and strong follow up skills are expected.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

You will be a dedicated professional looking to help develop and promote JP Morgan's thought leadership in a digital world. We are looking for candidates who have an accomplished history and eagerness in effectively managing large, complex projects and driving change, ideally in financial services marketing.
  • Experience in financial services marketing, as well as a strong understanding of and/or interest in investments and wealth planning
  • Proven cross functional and people leader who can guide and coach team to deliver best-in-class client experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling thought leadership and activate across multiple channels and content mediums - email, web, mobile, video and social media channels
  • Proven track record in leading and/or supporting large scale initiatives, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong analytical skills as well as capacity for conceptual thinking
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, data driven and hypothesis-based environment within a matrix organization.
  • Strong relationship management skills, ability to work across multiple lines of business and make decisions in conjunction with other departments

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 7+ years of marketing or communications experience with a demonstrated track record of success and increased responsibilities
