Your Role:
MilliporeSigma has a current opening as a Pricing Business Analyst at our Burlington, MA site and can be remote! In this role you will lead the preparation, implementation, and change management for a Deal Manager solution into Salesforce CRM.
This includes the standardization of quote and pricing agreement business process design, user journey mapping, use-case creation, and creation of test-cases/acceptance criteria. In addition, the role will develop, track, and analyze global metrics for the end-to-end evaluation of the effectiveness of quotes & agreements, discount guidance, Win/Loss, and discount guidance adoption.
Who You Are:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 3+ years of experience with CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) or ERPs (SAP)
- 3+ years of experience with Pricing Systems (e.g. Zilliant, PriceFx, PROS, Vendavo, Vistaar) AND/OR 3+ years of experience with Product Configurators/CPQ (e.g. Salesforce CPQ, HubSpot, Oracle, Conga, Tacton, Epicor, SAP, Logik.io)

- Ability to drive pricing process excellence by implementing change through experiment & continuous improvement
- Capability to take ownership, open-minded, pragmatic, curious, and with a strong strive to get things done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Analytical skills to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in pricing and quoting processes
- Passion for process improvement and a customer-centric mindset
