Available Shifts: 10AM-8PM, 7 Days a Week available shifts with 4 day work weeks

- Responsible for greeting guests at the door, while checking guests into BioTrackTHC software

- Offer guest tours of the sales floor

- Informs guests of specials and all pertinent information regarding their experience

- Answers the telephone system promptly and efficiently

- Receives the public and answers questions, in person, electronically and by telephone

- Responds to inquiries from employees, citizens and others, when necessary, to the appropriate person, official or department

- Facilitate accurate sales through the states track and trace system while adhering to the states regulations and inventory control

- Attends and services the lounge, ensuring guests safety while maintaining a tidy work environment

-Able to complete internal cannabis training program

- Operates in adherence to the Cannabis Control Department

- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers

- Properly communicate and report guest or product requests

- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service

- Maintain an awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements

- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and facility housekeeping

- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
