PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Demonstrate excellent SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE.
a. Acknowledge and greet the customer
b. Assist the customer with their automotive parts needs
c. Practice effective communication.
d. Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications (give technical advice, troubleshoot, and help solve customers’ problems with their vehicles).
e. Demonstrate ability to sell product features and benefits.
f. Demonstrate ability to understand customers’ needs—have related sales knowledge.
g. Achieve personal sales and profit quotas.
h. Demonstrate knowledge of current sales promotions and ability to process consumer rebates and customer registrations
