We are seeking Customer Care Specialist who thrive in providing excellent customer service, being proactive and want to go above and beyond to solve customer concerns. This role is part of the Customer Care Team that interface directly with MES clients daily, ensuring a seamless customer experience while building customer relationships.


What you will do:

  • Responsible for incoming client communication, handle incoming calls, chats, emails, and texts after initial client enrollment.
  • Provide prompt resolution to client questions and concerns.
  • Initiate client outreach as needed, including welcoming new clients to MES, advise clients of MES campaigns, events.
  • Assist MES clients in navigating through MES Client Portal on managing client's account, explains Portal features, promotes self-service options.
  • Proactively contact clients to obtain necessary documents for upcoming annual program renewal and needed ECF's.
  • Review client data with clients during Portal navigation and obtain client approval signature.
  • Forward pending client data discrepancies to Portal Program Auditor, obtain data correction and follow up with client to close pending inquiry.
  • Maintain log of common questions by clients to help maintain customer FAQ page.
  • Generate mortgage letters to lenders on behalf of clients.
  • Provide customer feedback on Client Portal improvements.
  • Promote MES Ambassador Program, seek client referrals.
  • Provide outgoing calls to MES clients and Ambassadors for Birthday and Anniversary

Ideal candidate will have:

  • 1 year of college level education and 2 years high-volume customer service experience.
  • Strong passion for customer service
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn and use software applications.
  • Bilingual a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Monday- Friday 9am-6pm, may change upon business occasionally.

Total Compensation Package starting at $37,440 annual and pays up to $40,760 (dependent on education and related experience).
