Job Purpose and Impact
As Plant Manager of the Dalhart, TX facility, you will provide strategic operational oversight for all production and operating processes of this branded animal feed site. In this role, you will be accountable for standards aligned to safety, quality, operational effectiveness, financial performance and desired customer experience. Key Accountabilities
Lead and ensure all production and operating facilities operate safely and in compliance with regulatory and corporate safety and environmental programs standards and goals.
Oversee the execution of consistent and quality product while driving reliability centered manufacturing operations.
Responsible for strategy execution, management and compliance of capital and operating budgets and oversee the strategy of capital investment projects and spending.
Lead and own strategic implementation results of operational efficiency programs.
Champion a culture that is customer-focused. Partner closely with the commercial, sales, customer service and supply chain teams to ensure an operationally sound, safe and efficient process for our customers and team.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience
Budgeting and operations planning experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Previous supervisory experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Continuous improvement experience utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools or other business process improvement methodology
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet customer needs
Multi-site collaboration experience
