Primary responsibilities include:

• Being the advocate to guide our new patients through the orthodontic process and answering any questions they may have
• Reviewing the treatment plan set by the Orthodontist
• Presentation of Fees and Financial contracts
• High conversion rate of accepted treatment
• Communication with Specialists and General Dentists to coordinate treatment
• Ensuring proper documentation in the patient's medical record
• Commitment to helping the company reach daily and monthly goals

The ideal candidate must be extremely organized with great attention to detail, have effective grammar and spelling skills, be highly personable and helpful with a patient-centered mindset. They must be professional in appearance and communication with a commitment to kindness, respect, teamwork, and continual learning.

Orthodontic experience and bilingual is highly preferred!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Treatment Coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)
