A well established company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Driver Supervisor to join our team. As a Driver Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our team of drivers, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service during the overnight shift. Main duties include-

• Create daily routes, dispatching drivers efficiently to maximize productivity
• Maintain open lines of communication with drivers, providing guidance, support, and addressing any concerns
• Monitor driver performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize delivery processes and resolve any operational issues
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 8 PM - 4 AM
