A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CABANA COOK / ADVANCED LINE COOK

As a Cabana Cook / Advanced Line Cook in our restaurant kitchen, you play an essential role in delivering first-class cuisine to our members. With your exceptional cooking skills, you support your team by preparing a variety of premium culinary offerings while abiding by health and sanitation guidelines. You assemble all orders correctly and get them sent out to our members in a timely manner. Each day, you set up and break down our dining area as directed, ensuring that equipment and linens, as well as other necessary materials, are clean and in working order.

In addition, you communicate with your manager about any issues or concerns that arise and work to solve problems in an efficient manner. You attend and participate in all staff meetings and training as well as maintain a working knowledge of all things culinary to constantly improve in your position. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CABANA COOK / ADVANCED LINE COOK

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of cooking experience
  • Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking tasks
  • Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen
