Performance Automotive Network is seeking a Full-Time
Maintenance Assistant for
Immediate Hire! Our facilities maintenance team is responsible for the compliance, safety, efficiency, and property maintenance. You will report to the Lead Facilities Manager as you perform routine and preventative maintenance, minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical repair, and other duties as assigned. A great

Responsibilities:
Maintenance Assistant:
- Follow work schedules for essential maintenance as instructed by your supervisor
- Perform preventative maintenance of HVAC, Plumbing, Hydraulic lifts, compressor systems, and general carpentry
- Ensuring all safety requirements are in place for all building requirements, including shop equipment and supplies
- Maintenance includes but is not limited to HVAC, painting, drywall, tile work, plumbing, and general supervision of all locations
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Having 2-years or more experience in Facilities Maintenance is essential
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Able to follow detailed directions
- Strong attention to detail
- This position requires occasional lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds
- Possess a valid drivers license with a good driving record
- Substance Screening is a requirement of all Performance Automotive Network employees
