Fooki is a Taiwanese noodle bar located in Aiea, Hawaii. Here in Fooki, our team aims to amplify happiness by providing our customers with beloved comfort Asian food, aloha vibe, and a hint of surprise. Our menu features a variety of nostalgic Asian style food and special-tea drinks with a western twist in order to bring a new level of taste to our customer's dining experience. Barista Responsibilities:

• Becoming knowledgeable on tapioca, and artisan tea, preparing and serving beverages consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, knowing the food and drink menu, answering questions.

• Operating POS systems take customer’s orders.

• Deliver food and drinks to customers.

• Opening and closing store follow by Fooki Standard

• Cleaning and restocking bar, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and tools.

• Updating signage and displays to attract customers.

• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.

• Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.

• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Barista Qualification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 6 months to 1-year barista experience; preferred.

• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.

• Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.

• Exceptional listening and communication skills with the team and customers

• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.

• Availability to work around peak hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• A polite, engaging personality.

• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

• self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

• Ability to describe all menu items, prices, and methods of preparation.

• Possess a valid Tuberculosis Card
