OBJECTIVE: Provide high level administrative support to real estate broker and its agents and manage lead generation activities for brokerage.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist real estate broker and agents with administrative tasks, MLS input and updates, transaction management and closing coordination.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails and assist and distribute as needed.
  • Manage lead generation activities and all systems for lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support.
  • Plan and assist with client and company events.
  • Organize and maintain all proper documentation.
  • Organize and track inventory of lockboxes, signs and marketing materials.
  • Implement marketing plans in conjunction with the Marketing Department including photography, videos, written descriptions, web updates, social media, brochures, ads, blog posts, press releases and marketing collateral.
  • Monitor information for compliance on third party websites and company websites, ads and brochures.
  • Participate in agent recruitment, on-boarding and agent training events.
  • Perform research and reports for broker, owner and leadership team as needed.
  • Communicate with Marketing regarding open houses, new listings, and sold properties that need to be marketed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED:

  • 3 or more years of sales, customer service or administrative assistance.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with phone outreach and sales.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Ability to create and follow checklists and procedures.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently.

PREFERRED:

  • General knowledge of real estate transactions.
  • Experience in direct sales.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to sit and stand for 8-10 hours daily.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs occasionally for event setup.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to dress professionally for public events and meetings. Occasional travel during the day may be required to properties, presentations and events.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position operates in a professional office setting at the corporate office for SCS Real Estate at 301 Main Street during normal business hours of Monday to Friday, with occasional hours outside of that range as business necessitates.
