We are currently looking for an experienced Physician Assistant to join our team and help us bring our exceptional services to patients in Salt Lake County.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, dynamic, and self-motivated Physician Assistant to provide mobile wound care treatment to patients in various settings including home health, long-term care, and post-acute care. You will be responsible for patient assessment, wound diagnosis, treatment plan development, procedure implementation, and patient education, all under the direction of our supervising physician.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer wound care procedures as per the treatment plan.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to the treatment plan as necessary.
• Document patient information, treatments, and outcomes in the electronic medical record.
• Provide education to patients and their families on wound care management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state health information privacy laws.

Qualifications

• Current Physician Assistant license in the state of Utah.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel to patient locations.

Pay: $75.00 - $150.00 per hour
