Care Initiatives is now hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Westwood Specialty Care, an 85 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, located in Sioux City, IA!

You'll serve as a key player within the senior living industry, where your relationship building skills foster the potential to help the local hospital systems and partners in care through establishing mutually beneficial relationships within this highly desired area.

We have a large clinical team that is experienced and works well together. In addition to an established clinical team, we have other leadership roles that bring forth longevity such as our Activities Director, Social Services, and Dietary Services Manager. Plus, we have no open department head positions.

Summary: As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the total day-to-day operation of your facility. This exciting role is responsible for developing effective operational strategy and directing the team to assure residents receive the consistently high-quality care we are committed to delivering.
Successful candidates must hold Nursing Home Administrator licensure. We are looking for a leader who will cultivate teamwork, a culture of continuous improvement, compassionately serve others, and promote skill development and personal growth for staff.
