Medical Front Desk Receptionist in a very efficient gastroenterology medical practice with dynamic environment while providing support and solutions to patients, healthcare professionals, insurance providers, etc.
Administrative assistance (Answering phones, performing daily callbacks, Scheduling Appointments, Faxing, Scanning, Uploading scanned documents, filing, EHR Data Entry, obtaining insurance prior authorizations, insurance verifications. Basic computer knowledge, give appointments, prepare files, authorization, referral and keep office organized are few of tasks. We will train you for any additional skills required.
Good communication skills. Must speak English and fluent in Chinese. Must understand HIPAA Compliance. Flexible with ability to multi-task. Must be a team player. Need work on some weekends.
Above average hourly pay. Benefit was negotiable.
