Founded in 2006, demetra cabinetry is a bay area, family-owned and operated provider and manufacturer of premium semi-custom European kitchen and bath cabinetry.

Inspired by the latest trends and technical developments from Europe, demetra aims to take the best European cabinetry ideas and fit them into the american home. We strived to deliver quality, smartly designed and affordable cabinetry with personal and friendly service for the local community.

Demetra Cabinets are American made, locally crafted in San Jose California by our dedicated team.

Job requirements:

• Designers interact with customers by welcoming them to the store, providing showroom tours, present the product features, answer any questions they might have.
• Assist and educate clients with their kitchen/bathroom remodeling needs.
• Maintain detailed written notes and communication logs related to projects.
• Take measurements on customers job site
• Filter customer and coordinate client and design drafter to work on the design and quote from beginning to end.
• Managing the full cycle ordering process to support a seamless customer experience
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.;

Qualifications:

• At least one year of kitchen/bath design experience
• At least one year of Sales experience
• Custom cabinetry design & 2020 Catalog Design experience is a plus, but not required
• Must understand basic construction processes and know how to read construction drawings
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must bring a positive attitude and be a team player

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $140,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Jose, CA 95112: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Kitchen design with 2020 design software: 1 year (Required)
