Unity Homes, a brand under the umbrella of Bensonwood Homes and a builder of high performance homes, seeks an energetic full-time Sales Advisor to join their growing team based in Walpole, NH.

The mission of Unity Homes is to improve lives by transforming home building for the benefit of all. Unity does this by using innovative methods to design and build homes that are healthy, comfortable, and energy efficient. Established in 2012 as a spin-off from Bensonwood, Unity represents the culmination of 50 years of experience using off-site fabrication to build high quality homes.

Position Summary

As part of Unity s Sales team, the Sales Advisor helps to educate prospective clients about Unity Homes, and lead them through the planning stages of the design/build process. A typical day for a Sales Advisor includes communicating with prospective clients via phone, virtual meetings and email, recording relevant information in the sales database, meeting in person with prospective clients, and guiding projects through the early phases of design, specifications and cost estimating. The role also includes participating in open houses, facility tours and other public events. Some travel may be required. This is a hybrid position that blends office-based work and working from home.

Experience in the fields of design, construction, customer service and sales will help to provide a foundation for success in this role. Strong candidates are likely to have a college degree. Compensation & Benefits

  • This is a salaried position, not commission-based. The salary will be based on skill level and experience, between 55-60K.
