A Leading FinTech company in the Charlotte, NC area is in need of a Business Analyst as they continue to grow! This person will review, analyze and evaluate business operations and processes to isolate problem areas, develop solutions, and identify business needs and opportunities. Additionally, the Business Analyst will create system process specifications to be used to modify business systems and prepare documentation and manuals. The Business Analyst will interact with clients, developers, business stakeholders, system architects and various subject matter experts.

Job Details

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
• 5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Ability to develop and prepare Business Requirements document(BRD), Functional System Design documents (FSD), user stories,functional

specifications, technical requirements, and use cases

• Experience working with Technology- SQL Highly desired
• Excellent communication
