We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of tea. Barista responsibilities include making drink orders in a timely manner, marking orders completed when the order is ready, check and refill inventory as needed, and greet customers as they come pick up their drinks. If the shop opens to the public, then educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, and taking orders will also be part of the job. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how all equipment operates. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.
No experience necessary, but having previous barista experience is a plus. You'll need the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. There will be on the job training.
There will be a one-month probationary period so we can both make sure that this job is right for you.
