The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a full-time motivated, cause-driven Operations Director to provide leadership to the YMCA's Youth Development department.

DUTIES
The Operations Director will oversee multiple programs, planning, and administration for the YMCA's before/after school and camp programs, ensuring program quality, and modeling and maintaining a positive regional culture. Responsibilities include:
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should have a commitment to the YMCA mission, and experience building relationships with diverse community stakeholders. At least three years of experience managing a Youth Development program and staff is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred. Experience working in diverse communities is necessary. Credentials must satisfy VA licensing requirements for site supervision. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as excellent organizational technology abilities are required. English/Spanish bilingual oral communication skills are preferred.
