Job Description

  • Lead shipping and receiving, loading/unloading trucks, checking in merchandise
  • Prepare Customer orders, generate picking and shipping documents.
  • Assembling customer orders from stock, place orders on pallets or in boxes
  • Work with the public in a courteous and respectful matter during deliveries and pickups
  • Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe
  • Marking materials with identifying information
  • Weighing and counting items for distribution
  • Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
  • Reading customer orders, work orders, or shipping orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or shipped


  • Read and write routine reports and correspondence
  • Prepare and verify shipping and receiving papers
  • Lift up to 100 pounds
  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Forklift knowledge
  • Been on this earth for 18+ years
