Video Metadata Curator - Sports Specialist

Do you know everything about MLS and MLB? Can you explain the difference between a rubber match and a screamer? Do your friends come to you for the latest and greatest sports trivia? If so, we need you to help our customers Client their next favorites.

What will I do:

You will be involved in a high-volume - Aproject for digital media content (sports, movies, TV).

You will leverage your background and knowledge to perform the following tasks:

• Catalog content based on descriptors to match and connect to like content.

• Work with others to help make discovery of linked sporting events.

• Verify content accuracy, ensuring it meets the provided standards.

• Make edits/fixes when needed.

• Report any patterns or issues observed to help improve database and product performance.

What do I need:

• A passion for and deep knowledge of the sports content landscape including news and industry trends as well as history of sports.

• Proven ability to maintain motivation and solid focus through hours of repetitive tasks.

• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

• Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills.

• Degree not required but preferred in: Media, Film, Communications, etc.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Sports: 5 years (Preferred)
• Media: 5 years (Preferred)
• Content creation: 5 years (Preferred)
• Video Curator: 5 years (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
