Looking to hire an individual with experience having worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator to act as a consultant CRC to a research site conducting a clinical
trial. This CRC will support various parts of the study including patient recruitment, pre-screening, data entry and management, source document uploads, query resolution, scheduling patient appointments, e-diary compliance and patient retention calls.
(We are not able to consider candidates without experience in the field of clinical research)
As the position and study progress, additional job duties will likely be added that are not listed in this description. A candidate must be flexible to help the site and study wherever needed. This study requires an individual be able to work in a high intensity environment as this is an urgent study.
Please note that this is a full time position requiring 42 hours of work per week (M - F, with 2 hours of paid overtime on Wednesdays).
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry/Management
a. Collection of study data and entering data into EDC (as well as keep EDC up to date)
2. Creating source documents
3. Chart review and phone screening (EMR)
4. Study Administration
5. Any study efforts deemed necessary by site
Required Job Skills:
1. Required: Clinical Research Coordinator experience (minimum 2 years, ideally more)
2. EDC data entry experience
3. EMR Experience
