The On Road Staffing team is seeking a talented Senior Program Manager to join our team. Our team is scaling processes and initiatives fast, requiring the Senior Program Manager to hit the ground running. This leader will have strong business acumen, be comfortable interfacing and driving across various functional teams, have a passion for developing and implementing processes in an ambiguous problem space, and be willing to roll up their sleeves to build a program that will significantly impact Amazon’s last mile delivery capabilities. The leader will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. The role may be based in Nashville, TN or Seattle, WA. Key job responsibilities Identifies and implementing tools, processes, and technology required to ensure successful launches of new mechanisms to track Driver Hiring Develops the reporting structures and mechanisms for marketing, upper funnel and candidate pipeline verticals within the team Builds scalable mechanisms to ensure smooth and successful launches. Roadmap development and ideation, root cause analysis, process development Presents ideas to senior leaders. Leads, directs, and controls the execution of all business, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned programs. Monitors and reports on the progress of all activity within the product area including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect program cost Takes accountability while providing status, asking for help and immediately escalating issues and problems as necessary. Communicates across various teams to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program. Works within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.
  • 4+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
