You'll be a hands-on role model for your team, providing continuous feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and supervise front and back of the house employees in customer service, sales, and quality of service
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the team through daily coaching
  • Develop and foster an inspiring high-performance culture where people love coming to work
  • Build the business through effective scheduling and by spearheading our retention strategy to exceed our guests’ expectations
  • Proactively de-escalate any unsatisfied issues and train the team on opportunities
  • Assess business analytics and drive key performance metrics through action planning and leveraging team strengths
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
  • Additional management duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 yrs of proven supervisory experience in sales, marketing, and HR procedures in a service or retail industry managing a team of 10 employees
  • Demonstrated sales experience in a commission-based setting
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and proposed solutions.
  • Independently supervise your Team & make decisions that are in the best interest of the business while effectively communicating with Area Director.
  • Strong organizational, task management, and delegation skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with POS
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
