Assisted Living Sales Counselor

Did we mention, we offer a monthly bonus structure?! We are seeking a candidate with a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation and goal orientated!

As our Assisted Living Sales Councelor, you will be responsible for:

• Identify and source move-in potentials while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
• Conduct Marketing events and tours of the Community for prospective clients
• Invites referral sources for tours or to attend events at the Community
• Manages CRM daily (Sherpa)
• Represents the facility through community involvement and networking, as appropriate
• Completes pre-move-in paperwork and distributes it to the appropriate department

Qualifications:

• Healthcare experience is a must, preferably a Minimum 2+ years in a related Business Development/Sales Director position within Assisted Living or a like Health Care setting
• Ability to work flexible hours, as marketing responsibilities may dictate
