This is a full-time position! We ask potential candidates to do a short test run to determine the level of training required. We have a comprehensive PAID training program to have the candidate acclimate to our standards and to ensure it’s a good fit for both parties.
What you will be doing:
· Perform customized deep cleaning and maintenance duties
· Deliver extraordinary customer care and value to our clients
· Handle customer queries, accommodate preferences, take ownership and resolve client concerns
· Build and maintain a rapport with clients, understand the customer profile, and make tailored recommendations to increase customer loyalty
· Show up to work on time and with a positive attitude
About you:
· You can professionally communicate in English
· You are empathetic, persistent, and engaging
· You care about cleanliness
· You love problem-solving and are self-driven to make things happen
· You are flexible and able to work during the weekday, evenings, and weekends
· Any previous cleaning experience is an asset
Location & Hours of Work:
· Various restaurants in the Greater Tampa area
· Minimum of 20 weekly working hours; must be available evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-Time
Third shift Position - 11:00PM to 8:00 AM; must be available evenings and rotating weekends.
Salary: $17.00 per hour for tryouts and training; $17.50 - $20.00 per hour after training
