SEASONAL MATERIAL PREP ASSOCIATE
JOB PURPOSE
The Material Prep Seasonal Associate picks and prepares materials (ex. jerseys) for our Heat Press department. The right candidate will be an eager individual that has a track record of accomplishing tasks efficiently and on time. This role is located in Mebane, NC.
POSITION HOURS: NEW 12 HOUR SHIFTS!!! SAVE MONEY ON GAS!!! 2 LONG WEEKENDS OFF EVERY MONTH!!! WORK 4 DAYS ONE WEEK AND 3 THE NEXT AND GET PAID AS IF YOU WORKED 12 DAYS!!!
- Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the material prep lead and trainers to deliver materials required to produce customized apparel at a productive rate of speed.
- Must be able to follow precise safety guidelines regarding operating equipment.
- Actively maintain, apply and expand knowledge as changes occur; remain current with policy and procedures as they evolve.
- Participate in briefings, seminars, and meetings to remain current with job skills.
- Be present and prompt for all shifts.
- Adhere to company policy.
- Keep workspace neat and clean.
- Performs other duties as they are assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess high attention to detail and demonstrate a high quality of work.
- A track- record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Computer Skills: Some basic computer skills preferred.
- Candidate should be production oriented.
- Must be proficient in English.
