In this role, you will provide full-spectrum ADMINISTRATIVE & ANALYTICAL SUPPORT to the GLOBAL HAWK PROGRAM OFFICE within the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Robins AFB, Georgia.
These positions include both telework and government-site work requirements.
Essential Job Functions:
In addition to tasks and responsibilities related to the specific project, all team members must perform the various everyday duties to enable the accomplishment of the Global Hawk acquisition mission, to include (varies by position):
Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and SharePoint tools to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Coordinate arrangements, agendas, and briefing materials and record/track program action items and suspense for events such as meetings, reviews, working groups, and audits. Coordinate with functional managers, outside agencies, contractor personnel, and the program office customers.
Track Integrated Product Team (IPT) manning and preparing organizational charts; data entry functions; assist with the processing of civilian time cards; integrating information into required reports; generation and maintenance of training requirements, files, forms, and established file plans; processing mail (receive, sign for, and distribute mail, both classified and unclassified, and access, store, and handle classified material as required), preparing correspondence (both classified and unclassified).
Apply knowledge and experience to answer requests for information, perform risk analyses, assist with the resolution of program issues and provide and present materials to senior AF personnel at AFLCMC, Air Combat Command (ACC), and Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) levels.
Manage travel budgets and prepare CONUS and OCONUS travel arrangements and travel vouchers in a backup capacity using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Possess at least a High School Diploma or GED along with 13 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, or an Associate’s Degree and 7 years, a Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of experience or a Master's and 4 years of experience.
5 years of experience working in a DoD environment.
An adjudicated DoD Secret security clearance on the First Day of employment.
Personnel at the Senior level shall possess the advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered an expert in their technical/professional field, have the ability to perform tasks, and oversee the efforts of junior and journeyman personnel within the technical/professional discipline.
