Qualifications
- At least 3 years selling, architecting, implementing, and/or marketing Azure cloud solutions.
- Working knowledge or expertise in Azure cloud design and architecture.
- Ability for overnight travel (10% - 30%).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, writing, and organizational skills.

What will you be doing?
World Wide Technology, Inc. is currently searching for a Microsoft Azure Technical Solutions Architect to maintain and expand our Azure cloud business. This strategic position will reside within the Cloud Infrastructure practice, part of the Cloud Platforms group within Global Solutions & Architectures (GS&A). This resource will be responsible for evaluating and developing new Azure cloud solutions, enabling our regional field sales resources (both sales and technical sales), and working on strategic sales opportunities.
Responsibilities Include:
In collaboration with the larger GS&A team, our professional services organization, regional sellers, regional solution architects, and sales you will help WWT grow the Azure cloud business with Microsoft Azure pre-sales technical expertise.
- Build and maintain collateral for our field to help them position and sell Azure cloud These could include Brochures, Briefings, Workshops, Reference Architectures, Advisory Services, Demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Train WWT and/or strategic partners on our unique ability to market, sell and deliver Azure cloud architectures and solutions.
- Collaborate with our professional services organization to set the strategy for growing our Azure cloud services practice and portfolio.
- Develop partner ecosystem relationships that are complementary to WWT's go-to-market strategy around Azure cloud offerings.
- Support Azure cloud business development and marketing initiatives as needed.
- Achieve certification requirements to maintain partner status and achieve necessary specializations.
- Deliver Azure Cloud Solution Assessments with WWT clients as part of pre-sales technical activities.
