What is Inc Authority?

  • We are a business formation company headquartered in Reno, NV that specializes in helping businesses launch and grow throughout the U.S.
  • We act as a registered agent in all 50 states and consult on business formation services as well as business growth services such as tax planning, business credit, marketing, etc.
  • On average, a Customer Onboarding Specialist will make $70,000 in their first 12 months in this role.

Position Overview

Customer Retention Advisors are responsible for reaching out to our current clients to go over the renewals process specific to renewing their LLC or Corporation. In this position you will consult with business owners in offering custom renewal solutions so our clients can maintain their business and grow!


Responsibilities

  • Engage in inbound and outbound calls with Inc Authority clients who are considering a change in their services or to renew their services
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service management on ideas and tactics to provide customers with new services
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
  • Analyze customer feedback and develop techniques to ensure customer retention
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Explain and upsell our products and benefits of Inc Authority service

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service
  • Interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
  • Team oriented and able to build positive relationships with customers
  • Achieve and exceed individual targets
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Familiarity with multi-line phones

Requirements/Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Customer Service/Call Center experience
  • Punctuality
  • Positive and Professional Demeanor and Appearance
