What does a Reset Representative do at Swire Coca-Cola?
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our product is always fully stocked and properly presented in our customer’s retail stores and outlets. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong communication skills, is attentive to detail and who is able to understand marketplace conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participates in moving product on the shelves of retail stores and outlets.
- With some light industrial work needed for moving cases when loading and unloading or doing product placement.
- Attention to detail is a must in order to ensure specific projects remain intact and are satisfactory to retail customers.
- The ability to understand marketplace conditions in order to maintain a sales and marketing advantage is preferred.
- Assist in executing local brand/package introductions.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- 1+ year of beverage experience
- Driving record meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
- Reliable form of transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Strong leadership abilities
- Thorough/detailed, with good follow through
- Ability to handle repetitive lifting, bending and stooping with 35 to 50 lb. Cases
- Must be able to read and follow Planograms and Schematics per Customer
Base pay range $17.41 to $21.76. Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities. Position may be eligible for afternoon/night shift premium depending on the shift OR position may be eligible for on-call pay.
