Job Description


The Talent Acquisition Contractor will partner with several teams and markets across the United States and Canada to identify and qualify talent.

Remote Opportunity- MUST reside in the United States

Full Time- 40 hours/week: 1099 status

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate closely with designated business partners to determine ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Strategize different ways to build diverse talent pipelines and create innovative methods of sourcing and identifying talent.
  • Participate in regular research of additional and new resources.
  • Complete phone and Zoom interviews with candidates as their initial interview.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.
  • Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements).
  • Maintain accurate and updated job descriptions and position postings.
  • Provide recommendations to business partners to increase their applicant flow.
  • Complete weekly and monthly reports and tracking.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher in business, human resources, communications, psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with deep expertise in candidate sourcing.
  • Experience with social media recruitment and researching and sourcing new recruitment venues.
  • High-level critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear, concise, manner while building relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Availability to adapt work schedule to accommodate all U.S. and Canadian time zones.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
