Job Description

We are looking for a Branch Operations Manager for our rapidly growing Real Estate Company. The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for supporting and training high-performing real estate agents for the Team and for the Company.

The ideal Manager would be a good educator with strong communication skills and who enjoys guiding and enabling Agents to grow their business and in their contributions to the Team. This individual would also have good time management skills and be able to work with multiple Agents at varying levels at one time.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve training systems and Recruiting methods
  • Train and maintain the culture and vision of the team and company
  • Co-Lead the twice-monthly team meetings
  • Training new Agents and non-performing agents on the PIP Program
  • Work with existing Listing Agents on marketing and listing strategies as well as holding them accountable
  • Work with existing Buyers’ Agents on leads and follow up to make them producing agents
  • Weekly new-agent meetings, weekly buyers training, and weekly listing training
  • Training also includes teaching transaction types – purchase/sale, short sale, REO, HUD, investor, auction, estate, and more; tracking Agent progress; being the first “go-to” person for Agents
  • Monitor lead follow-up and coach on follow up habits including calls and communication techniques.
  • Ensure Agent actions and documents are in compliance
  • Manager also carries some responsibility of managing, hiring and terminating employees on company payroll at the Branch Office they manage to include the branch office admin(s) and the expansion team leader(s). All corrective and disciplinary actions between the Manager and an employee of the company must be done in accordance with the Policies and Procedures Manual with guidance from our Human Resources Manager for 1st Class Real Estate

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Real Estate background including Transaction Coordination, Titles and Mortgages
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Service-based attitude
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • 5 Years of Real Estate Experience
  • 2+ Years of Management Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $99,646.98 - $105,918.95 per year
