Description
The Integrated Solutions Division at Leidos is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Program Manager (PM) to provide software development and sustainment. The PM will serve as the primary interface between Leidos, all sub-contractors and the government for required project status information, tasking, risk management, coordination, staffing, scheduling, and problem resolution. This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance at a minimum and ideally an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. Primary Responsibilities
This position is responsible for managing, developing and evaluating subordinate resources, resolving contractor issues and meeting with the sponsor for Program Management Reviews. The PM will be responsible for creating and maintaining all compliance documentation, maintaining the contractor management plan, as well as managing and reporting on project related items, such as cost, schedule, risk, and performance. The PM will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of all CDRL and financial reports for the contract as well as ad-hoc data calls and various other contract deliverables. The PM is to ensure the timely and accurate transfer of programmatic and technical information and plan and participate in program/iterative reviews. The PM will be responsible for securing and managing an exceptional team/staff, maintaining high levels of staff retention, and ensuring exceptional customer relationship management. The successful candidate will excel at personnel and customer relationship management with a big picture/strategic eye for innovation and continued efficiencies across the program.
