Working Procedure:

• Use Considerable judgment in setting up, adjusting and operating continuous multi-block wiring drawing machine to produce wire to specified tolerances.
• Finger dexterity Use overhead hoists, wire gauges, strap banding equipment and hand tools including wrenches (pneumatic) hand cutters, bolt cutters, micrometers, pallet truck and forklift.
• May take test ends from wire drawer with identification tag to Quality Control, Remove spools and carriers from machines.
• Load bundles and carriers of inlet assist in Set up with dies, lube and spooler changes.
• Remove unused material from machine
• When needed Wire Drawer Helper will run scrapper.
• Will pick up scrap spools and deliver to screpper

Housekeeping: Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area
