Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION: This position will focus primarily on taking and delivering food and drink orders, interacting with members and their guests, and keeping the pool area clean and organized.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Exude an enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding area.
  • Working as a team and effectively communicating with management, bartenders, and service staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by members.
  • Always being positive, showing enthusiasm, and being respectful to all team members.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • High school diploma.
  • One (1) years’ experience as a server/cocktail in a similar restaurant environment.
  • Must possess a good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and write in English proficiently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to include double shifts,weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:
  • Work tasks are performed outdoors.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks.
  • Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
  • Must be physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.

Hours / Days of Employment
  • Occasional long hours may be required and the ability to work flexible hours to include double shifts, weekends, and holidays.
