In addition to instructional design, we provide comprehensive services covering the full program and student lifecycle, including program planning, marketing and enrollment services, student and faculty support, and clinical placement.

iDesign is currently looking for a qualified Partnership Affiliation and Contracts Coordinator to join our growing clinical placement team. This is a part-time, hourly, 1099 contract position. 20 or more hours per week of daytime and weekday availability needed.

What You'll Do

As the Partnership Affiliation Coordinator, you will work closely with the clinical placement director to support multiple university partners and internal placement stakeholders. You will ensure contracts between clinical facilities and university partners are executed in a timely manner to support the goals of student retention and on-time placement. Additionally, you will oversee the development of and leverage current clinical placement partnerships on behalf of our university partners. You will also manage the clinical affiliation lifecycle from inception through execution while maintaining excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.

The successful candidate will work remotely.

You will:

  • Manage the clinical affiliation lifecycle from start to execution.
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner to ensure student retention and on-time placements
  • Set up clinical affiliation agreements and maintain their renewal cycles.
  • Liaise between iDesign partners and clinical facilities during contract negotiations on behalf of relevant partner programs to support securing clinical placements.
  • Facilitate affiliation agreements between internal legal counsel and partner agencies on behalf of multiple university partners.
  • Execute affiliation agreements in a timely manner and assist the placement team with urgent agreement requests during peak times.
  • Run various reports and data summaries to help manage the clinical affiliation agreement pipeline and internal stakeholders' expectations.
  • Create and track clinical affiliation agreements with the clinical placement team to ensure database accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date information pertaining to site and state-specific requirements for student clearance and onboarding details for existing and new clinical sites.
  • Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Science, preferred
  • 3 years experience working in Higher Education
  • 1-3 years of experience working with graduate students in a field-placement or clinical internship capacity
  • Familiarity with clinical affiliation agreements and/or education affiliation agreements
  • Demonstrated ability to work with clinical facilities and facilitate education affiliation agreements between universities and internship sites
  • Meets adversity with a calm demeanor and a sense of humor

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Experience working with clinical placement software, EXXAT preferred
