Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Summer Intern role in Sales Operations team will work to identify business process issues and provide recommendations and solutions to business challenges.

Project work focused on Salesforce system integration; developing business processes and work flows; including the following:

• Work on process optimization, process redesign, or development of new processes.
• Work with functional groups and IT to fully understand business requirements and successfully translate them into CRM requests.
• Set up reporting capabilities on key business and sales process measures to sales operational needs.
• Maintain communication with business process owners to ensure processes are consistent with business needs.
• Document processes and coach users.

Education & Experience

• Graduate Student within Business Admin/ Mgmt program

Skills

• Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills.
• Work effectively with other team members
