Job Description

Speedway - Manager Trainee.

Our Company is looking for a full-time Assistant Store Leader.

Job responsibilities:

Provides customer service leadership and direction, in conjunction with General Manager or Branded Foods Restaurant Manager, for the entire store and a team of employees working in that location.
Trains, schedules, and coaches all new and current store associates to ensure store positions are staffed to appropriately handle customer service needs.
Works in tandem with the manager of the store to ensure leadership is available to customers and employees at all times.

Qualifications:

Valid New York State Driver's License.
Open Availability.
Relocatable, 45 minutes in one direction.
