We are seeking a persuasive communicator to join our team in the Atlanta area as a Managed IT Services Telemarketer

Major Goals and Responsibilities:

  • Telemarketing to generate Managed IT Service appointments
  • Assign, track and monitor self-generated leads
  • Maintain database of customers contacted for follow up
  • Target of 50 calls per day
  • Follow up on previous accounts for potential sales
  • Assist MITS sales as needed


Essential Activities:

  • Telemarketing 80%
  • Administrative (paperwork, databases, reporting) 10%
  • Professional Development and Research 10%
