The most qualified candidates will have:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and at least 5 years’ experience of hands-on maintenance and/or electrical technical experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment
• Sound math and problem solving skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certifications in a technical/manufacturing field a definite plus
• Positive can-do attitude with a strong desire to continuously learn
• Sense of priority combined with ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to fluently speak and read English. Spanish/English bi-lingual a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Work environment could include outdoor/indoor fabrication or shop facilities and indoor office facilities
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance without any restrictions
• Position requires frequent standing, climbing, lifting, pulling, pushing, walking, and other movements
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions (cold, hot, rain, etc.)
• Must be able to wear the required personal protective equipment.
• The noise level is moderate to loud.
