Wage:$20.00-$23.00 based on experience

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00am-4:30pm

How you will spend your day as a Inside Sales Representative/City Desk Associate :

• Handle miscellaneous walk-ins and customer calls
• Prepare estimates; price material quotes and orders; write order tickets
• Act as a back-up to Account Coordinators and Sales Representatives
• Responsible for processing special orders
• Checking loads prior to shipment and making arrangements for deliveries by couriers
• Field incoming phone calls from customers
• Process credit returns

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

• Education. High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience. 1 year of customer service
• Communication. Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills (Required).
• Skills. Computer literacy
• Physical. Frequently lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge. Previous building/hardware knowledge (Preferred)
