Lucky Barbershop is growing and expanding! Our High Point location is looking for new barbers to join our team!!

You must have a current license to cut hair and have completed a barber training program. While we focus on men’s hairstyles, you should be comfortable using a variety of hairstyling techniques for different customers. You must have strong communication and customer service skills; we want all of our customers to enjoy being in our barbershop and leave satisfied with their cut so that they become regular customers.

Barber Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Greet clients as they arrive and offer them refreshments.

• Prep clients for their haircut and ask what type of styling they want.

• Cut and style clients’ hair to their specifications.

• Engage in friendly conversation with clients.

• Keep your station, tools, and equipment sanitized and in good condition.

• Ensure you have the proper products in stock for future clients.

Barber Requirements and Qualifications:

• 
  High school diploma or GED certificate

• Barber/hairstylist license or a minimum of 24 months "behind the chair" experience.

• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Organizational and time-management abilities

• Attention to detail.

• Great compensation- potential base pay starting off is $37,500.
