As a mid-level or senior full-stack developer - Angular/C# working in our Enterprise Resource Organization, you’ll participate in innovative projects impacting our customers, agents, and employees. Working in a fast paced, collaborative environment, you’ll contribute to projects to modernize and grow our business. In addition, you’ll work closely with groups in both IT and our business areas on project initiatives. Using your development skills, you’ll code in a variety of technologies supporting web and backend systems. You’ll provide insights and contribute to decisions impacting the platforms. This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum two years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
  • In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of two years related work experience.
  • In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of four years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.

Preferred skills

  • Full stack development with C#, .NET, Angular (v4 or higher), AWS, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, Agile
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with business partners
  • Analytical, technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Quality and customer service oriented

Compensation

  • $74,200-$114,700/year (depending on position level and experience)
  • Gainshare bonus up to 24-30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
