PHENT is looking for an exceptional front desk individual for our office. At PHENT, we pride ourselves on offering friendly, quality care to all patients. Primary Duties:

• Responsibilities include greeting patients, and general office operations, such as answering telephones, printing, copying, faxing, scanning, processing payments, and ensuring the accuracy of data entry when obtaining patient information.
• Accurately complete patient registration by inputting demographics, insurance, and financial information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and relay relevant payment, billing, and collections process information.
• Accurately schedule appointments. Good attention to detail is a MUST.
• Handle all forms of payment, including cash, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Obtain signatures on all required documents from patients.
• Explain processes to patients for any procedures, diagnostic imaging, or referrals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,240.00 - $38,480.00 per year
