We are focused on building best-in-class voice and data solutions that empower mobility, enhance productivity, and embrace simplicity. We are currently seeking a Distribution Account Manager to manage and grow distribution partners while contributing to business growth and sales revenue.

As a Distribution Account Manager for EnGenius, you will drive the adoption of EnGenius Voice and Networking solutions to distribution partners and their customers. You will be an important member of Sales organization responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of Distribution team’s selling and operational activity, while helping achieve the overall revenue and inventory objective.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage distribution accounts relationship and support channel business development initiatives and revenue objectives
  • Actively monitor and manage funded Distribution infrastructure and marketing investment
  • Manage forecast accuracy and align with Product Line Management team
  • Manage Distribution partners and EnGenius inventory level for optimization
  • Coordinate with PLM team and address overstock or inventory shortage when necessary
  • Managed stock rotations with sales actions
  • Manage weekly Suggest-to-Buy and action plans, and resources as they change and adapt to a constantly changing competitive environment
  • Represent EnGenius at trade shows and other engagements with distributors
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years of sales and/or Marketing experience in Information or IT Networking industry with a proven track record and results
  • Effective relationship building, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively articulate solutions, product roadmap, and lead execution with accountability and focus, both externally with the customer and internally with cross-functional participation
  • Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills
  • Skilled in working with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
