KWIK Threading and Waxing is a fast-growing salon and the most popular in the DownTown Jersey City in the recent decade. We are now expanding and looking for the next talented/adaptable person to join our team and make a difference. Our Services offer aesthetics services, facials, waxing and threading. At KWIK, Esthetician/Cosmologist loves to make people look and feel their best through facial, waxing, threading and consultative product sales based on a client's skin condition. Here’s what we’re looking for:

· Consult with client and recommend which facial will best meet their needs

· Body waxing specialist (full body wax, Brazilian wax)

· Individual able to do eyebrow and facial threading. (Training will be provide if needed).

· Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism while providing exceptional customer service

· Proactively solicit clients for treatments and schedule them for an appointment

· Process all monetary transactions accurately using the Point of Sale system

· Answer the phone in a professional and knowledgeable manner to obtain appropriate information and to address the customers’ needs

· Maintain facility: Help keep reception desk, retail, refreshment and surrounding areas in an orderly and clean appearance

· Communicate and inform co-workers of any and all pertinent information throughout shift and at shift close.

· Assist as needed with storing equipment, product displays and preparing for special events.

· Assist with in-line inventory monitoring and purchasing.

· Maintain a high level of service knowledge. Understand all product ingredients and effectively explain their benefits to clients.

· Perform all side work as assigned.

· Increase word-of-mouth in the local area by building relationships with neighboring businesses

· Follow up with previous customers and secure future bookings.

· Recommend ideas for new marketing collateral to improve the in-store experience

· Adhere to all policies set forth by company

· Social perceptiveness and situational awareness, especially in a luxury environment

· State licensure to practice as a esthetician.

· Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines, industry trends & services

· Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.

Esthetician Qualifications/Skills:

· Passion for Skincare

· Excellent communication skills

· Thoroughness

· Professional Esthetician skills

· Self-development

· Confidence to work independently

Education and Experience Requirements:

· New Jersey State Licensed Esthetician or cosmetologist

Job Type: Full-time and Part time

Pay: From $15 to $20 per hour depend upon experiences and skills.

Experience:

· Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: NJ Cosmetologist License or NJ Esthetician License (Required)
