Experience is great, but not necessary as full training will be provided.

Miller Family Holding has been a EWC franchisee for over 13 years. We currently own 33 locations in VA, PA, TX, MD and NJ, and have plans to grow RAPIDLY within the next 5 years. While we are growing, we want our associates to grow with us. We have created numerous roles designed to better support our Guest Service Associates, Wax Specialists, and Center Managers. Over the past two years, over 40 MFH EWC associates have been promoted to these management and support roles.

Typical Total Compensation:

• Up to $1,150 in bonuses each month, commission, and tips

• Following Training: $16-$19+ per hour

• 4-6 Months after start: $20-$25+ per hour

• Approaching 1 year and beyond: $26-$30+ per hour
